Officials / Marshals - Volunteering

Volunteers are a vital part of motorsport; without them it would not exist. Whether you are a driver looking to volunteer for a meeting to gain an upgrade signature or a new or existing Marshal loooking to get involved, we would like to hear from you. The Classic Sports Car Club organises friendly club racing at the best circuits in the UK and abroad where marshals can enjoy exciting racing with fantastic grids and a friendly atmosphere. As a club we appreciate it can be a long day for Marshals and Officials so whilst providing a full timetable of racing we will always ensure sufficient breaks are given.

Marshalling provides many opportunities to get involved in motorsport and there are many different roles to undertake from being trackside, helping in the pit lane and assembly area or even helping in Race Control. For more information on what's involved and what you can expect, visit the British Motorsports Marshals Club.

As a thank you to our Marshals and Officials the CSCC makes various donations throughout the year and 2016 included donating to various training days, pens, £10's, food vouchers and lunch packs.

A message from the CSCC Officials Co-ordinator, Robert Williams...
On behalf of all Competitors and Committee of the Classic Sports Car Club, I would like to thank all Marshals and Officials that have supported the Club during 2016 and helped to make it a successful and enjoyable season. 2017 will see the club visit the Silverstone International circuit for the very first time, a return to Castle Combe after a 3 year break, a trip to Croft for the first time in 10 years and we will round off the season at Brands Hatch in November with some night races. The Morgan Sports Car Club meeting will be at Brands Hatch on Bank Holiday Monday 29th May and your support for this meeting will be most welcome. We hope you have enjoyed our racing and would very much appreciate your help for the 2017 season.
